“She gave the children her full, undivided attention and made them feel like the most special person she knew.”
During the year and a half that I knew and worked with Alexandria, I found her to be enthusiastic, joyful, hardworking, and attentive to detail. Most of all, she clearly exuded a genuine love for children.
In watching her work with the children, she was always interested in what they were doing or had to say. She gave them her full, undivided attention and made them feel like they were the most special person she knew.
Alexandria always had a huge smile on her face, and the children responded to her obvious joy and love for them and for life. She knew when to let situations play out naturally and when she needed to step in to either diffuse a difficult moment or gently redirect an activity the children were involved in.
Though always loving, firm and consistent guidance was never a challenge for Alexandria.
I would work with Alexandria again in a heartbeat.
